Training to failure

Many beginners think that they have to push themselves to failure every time they workout but this is not the case. Your goal should be to stimulate your muscles, not stress them out. Every time you workout until your muscles give out, you are causing more harm than good.

Skipping workouts

Working out is going to make you tired and sore but it is important that you do not skip time at your Bee Cave fitness center. Consistency is key when it comes to getting the great looking body that you have always wanted. Whether you plan on working out every day or just once a week, stick to your schedule as much as physically possible to get the results you are looking for.

Working out too much

Yes, there is such a thing as working out too much. No one should be in the gym 6 hours a day 7 days a week unless you are trying to become Mr/Mrs Universe. As a beginner, you need to work up to that perfect body and working out too much will only cause you to tire of it and give up. You can also get hurt if you work out more than your body can handle.
