T3 50 Mega + Versa

Our T3 Mega + Versa class is the world’s first high-performance neuromuscular strength and conditioning experience to train and stimulate your fast twitch muscle fibers and your slow twitch muscle fibers without the use of momentum or impact on the body in just 50 minutes!  Making it the most efficient and effective workout ever.  It will increase lean muscle mass, lower body fat, increase functional strength, endurance, power, flexibility, balance and work your core in every movement while maintaining low to no impact on your joints.  It will increase cognitive performance, productivity and heighten your state of creativity.

  • Our T3 50 Mega + Versa class uses our state-of-the-art machines, the Megaformer M3S and the VersaClimber SM.
  • This class is a full body workout and is 50 minutes in length.

T3 45 Megaformer

Our T3 45 Megaformer class is our foundation class focusing solely on your slow twitch muscle fibers.  Taking a high performance, high intensity and low impact approach to total muscle failure.  All movements are full body, slow and controlled against variable tension while maintaining perfect alignment and stabilizing your core.

  • This class is a full body workout and is 45 minutes in length.

T3 101 Foundations

Our T3 101 Foundations class is a foundational class designed to introduce you to our exclusive T3 Approach to professional grade neuromuscular strength and conditioning training.

  • Our T3 101 Foundations class uses our state-of-the-art machine, the Megaformer M3S.
  • This class is 60 minutes in length and includes a 15 minute introduction to our T3 Approach followed by a 45 minute full body
  • Grip socks are required.
