TLS45 WORKOUTS are designed for all levels of fitness. The Lagree Method has over 200 exercises and over 1,000 ways to perform each of them, which means that we can modify each exercise that is performed in class to your level of fitness by adjusting your position on our state-of-the-art Megaformer M3S’s and the springs to a beginner, intermediate or advanced level to ensure your success in each class that you take at TLS. As you get stronger, we will continue to modify and adjust your position and springs accordingly.

This class introduces you to the intensity of the Lagree Fitness workout by allowing you to go at your own pace while increasing your flexibility and core strength. It is a High Intensity, low impact & safe 45 minute core workout that is equally effective for Men & Woman of ALL ages. It strengthens, lengthens & tones your muscles more effectively and efficiently than any other workout. It is the ultimate in core strengthening, cardio, stretching & conditioning providing you with a Full Body Transformation in a minimal amount of time. We recommend taking the TLS45 classes 3 to 4 times a week with rest days in between.
