Our T3 Approach was created by elite celebrity trainer, who starred on NBC’s fitness competition show “STRONG”, Ky Evans and stands for Total TWITCH Trainingâ.

Ky based our T3 transformational approach on the science of “you” which has helped him with his success of training professional athletes to help them unlock an entirely new and uniquely holistic approach to a high-performance life. This encompass the three key elements of mental, physical and spiritual – where “you” are the athlete and life is your sport. The Megaformer M3S

The slow twitch muscle fiber (TYPE I) is very efficient at using oxygen to generate more fuel for continuous, extended muscle contraction over a long period of time.  We use the Megaformer M3S to focus in on full body slow twitch training to take your slow twitch fiber to total muscle failure yielding:
